About Us

Starting as Queen City Bulldog Rescue (QCBR) in February 2017, Katie still has a deep love of bulldogs,  especially the ones who may not have a chance at life- so she shifted her focus from only bulldogs to special needs puppies.   

Raising Rogue was born in July 2022.

Raising Rogue (QCBR) is a non-profit 501c3 dedicated to Cleft Lip, Cleft Palate and puppies under 10 weeks of age with other congenital defects.
